Board of Directors: The Directors are the official governing body of the College for Bishops, overseeing all matters of the College, including structure, finances, programs and curriculum. This group of appointed bishops and leaders from around the Church assesses past performance and plans for the future.

Curriculum Committee: Selected for their skills in course design, development and formational resources related to the life and ministry of a bishop, this group is charged with recommending the scope, content, design, and development of the programs and courses offered by the College for Bishops (other than the continuing education sessions offered at the House of Bishops meetings).
